Kenneth William Millican was a surgeon and prominent medical journalist who rendered editorial services in New York, St. Louis and Chicago. Millican was born in Leicester, England and died in London. He earned a degree at Cambridge before his two medical diplomas (MR.C.S. 1879 and L.R.C.P. Edinburgh 1880). He came to the United States in 1897 and was licensed in California that year.
